Pelican Bay, Ltd., Inc. is a firm believer in providing the best service possible. Please let us know when placing your order if you have any specific requests; for example, your order must arrive by a certain day. Customized gift cards are available. Please add $1.00 per card.

Shelf Life

For maximum shelf life, store products in a cool, dark, dry place. Herb Mixes: 6 months to 1 year. They do not go bad, but can lose their color and potency. Wassail, Mulling Spices and Holiday Brew (stored properly) will be fine for 2 years. Hot Chocolate: 12 months. Baking Mixes and Egg Nog: 4-6 months. We blend and mix all of our products in small batches to ensure that you receive them fresh. These shelf life estimates are very conservative; with proper storage, most products should keep far longer. Try to avoid exposing products to heat, humidity and bright lights.

Shipping

We ship UPS (unless instructed otherwise) from Dunedin, Florida. Overnight, 2nd and 3rd day shipping is available at cost.

Orders prepaid, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover (orders are charged the day merchandise is shipped).

Claims

A copy of the invoice is necessary for all claims. All claims for damage must be made by purchaser to carrier.

Guarantee

Our guarantee to you... If you are not completetly satisfied with the purchase that you have made, simply return it to us it's original condition within 30 days. No questions asked.

Returns

If you have return, list the items on the back of your invoice and send it back to us within 30 days in it's original condition. Indicate whether you would prefer credit on a new order or a refund.

Price Changes

The prices listed here are in effect as of this printing. In almost all cases, prices will not change until the next catalog is printed. However, prices remain subject to change without notice.

Misprints in catalog and flyers remain subject to correction.

Shipping Chocolate

Please note this product contains extra delicious imported Chocolate Chips. We ship from Florida. It can be too hot to safely ship chocolate without it melting May 20 - October 10 . Please call to discuss if you need products containing chocolate chips to ship during this time. We do get cold spells, ....and can use icepacks and expedited shipping if necessary.
