TROUBLESHOOTING SUGGESTIONS FOR OUR SITE

If you are having problems with our shopping cart, here may be some possible reasons why:

  • If you have bookmarked Pelican Bay Ltd prior to the new updates
    You may need to "refresh" your page in order to see the updated information.
    (When you bookmark a site it may have saved the information in your internet cache and that's what is being displayed.)


  • Your web browser has "cookies" turned off.
    The shopping cart requires you to enable "cookies". Most browsers have "cookies" enabled by default, so this is not usually a problem unless you specifically turned them off. Check your browsers help file for more info.


  • You are waiting too long, at the screen where you type in your address and credit card info, to click "SUBMIT".
    (The cart has a time-out feature as not to occupy resources on the web server and your computer, meaning after a certain amount of time of inactivity the "cart" is reset, and when you hit submit the cart has been reset. Though, there should be plenty of time for you to fill in you information.)


  • Incompatible web browser.
    You can e-mail the browser type and version number you are using to
    [email protected] and I can try to resolve this issue, Web-TV™, and latest versions of Netscape
    or Internet Explorer should have no problems. You can get a current version of Internet Explorer at www.microsoft.com or a copy of Netscape at www.netscape.com.
